Analyzing profitability at an order level helps in adjusting strategies to enhance overall margins and profitability. 6. Fleet Optimization

 

Fleet optimization focuses on balancing fleet size and mix for better utilization. Efficient fleet management includes route planning and maximizing vehicle usage.
