The process to “agile” every part of your business:

  1. Articulate the goal
  2. Think through some hypotheses about things you can do in a very short period of time (in two weeks)
  3. Define the measurement
  4. Get into the habit that every couple of weeks cycling back looking at what you decided to do and unpacking what you learned at that time, in that period, so you can move quickly towards your goals.
